1. What we collect
We collect information you give us (name, email, payment details, social handles) and information generated by your use of the platform (order history, message logs, payout records). When you OAuth-connect a social account, we read publicly-accessible metrics (followers, engagement) only — we never post on your behalf.
2. How we use it
We use your data to: operate the platform and process payments; verify creator metrics; facilitate escrow and payouts; send transactional notifications (order updates, payout confirmations); and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data sharing
We share minimal data with: payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, partner bank) as required to process transactions; platform APIs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to verify OAuth-connected accounts; and cloud infrastructure providers under data processing agreements.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 5 years as required by Pakistani financial regulations for transaction records. You may request deletion of non-financial personal data at any time.
5. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only, with audit logs for all access. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification in 2026.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@Collabify.pk. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management, and analytics cookies (opt-in) to understand product usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
